We use your data to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Service. • Send transactional emails (account creation, password reset, invoices). • Send service notifications (downtime alerts, new features). • Respond to support requests. • Comply with legal obligations. We share your data only with trusted sub-processors required to operate the Service (hosting on OVH Cloud, email delivery, payment processing). Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not share your data with any other third party without your explicit consent.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is hosted on OVH Cloud infrastructure in EU data centers. We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), access controls, daily backups, and intrusion detection. Each tenant's data is fully isolated from other tenants.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: • Access your personal data. • Correct inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your data. • Object to or restrict processing. • Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).
